Born in San Francisco, Kevan grew up across the Bay in the city of El Cerrito. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis and his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Kevan was admitted to The State Bar of California in 2012. He has been certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Kevan focuses his legal practice on the drafting of estate planning documents and the administration of trusts and estates. Kevan is personally involved with each client from the first meeting onward, with an attention to detail and thoroughness to ensure that all of the client's needs are met.

Kevan enjoys hiking and playing soccer in his free time. He is an avid baseball fan and spends much of the summer months watching both Bay Area baseball teams.
